1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Vie-Digital System. By accessing and using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

Vie-Digital System provides web development, SEO, digital marketing, cloud solutions, IT consulting, custom software development, CCTV installation, and network installation services in Rwanda. The specific details, deliverables, and timelines for each service will be outlined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our website
• Not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Vie-Digital System or its content suppliers and is protected by Rwandan and international copyright laws.

For client projects, ownership of deliverables will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, Vie-Digital System retains the right to use non-confidential aspects of our work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services will be outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion or according to an agreed payment schedule. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vie-Digital System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
